“Beginning of the Second Half”
Half way there and this was definitely a land mark today. The fitness test to see just how far I am after 4 weeks. Consisted of what I did the last 2 tests: Side skips, push ups, side skips on all 4’s, bicycle pumps, to hit the 4 main areas. Doing 3 sets for each still killed, especially since I only had a minute for each of them and I was aiming to do as many reps as I could. Forces you to give 100% even if you don’t have it. This time around it felt a lot better, I was a lot faster than 2 weeks ago, and felt a lot stronger. My numbers from the last test: 230. My numbers for this week: 440. Nearly double and only in 4 weeks! Needless to say, I’m very happy about these numbers. Can’t wait to see what the second half brings.
