Picture day! And I thought I’d be doing more upper body. Nope… Legs. Started off with sprinting intervals on the hill. If that wasn’t bad enough, the weighted vest came back too. Legs have never felt so sore in my life. But at least my time on the run was a lot better since the last time I did it. Plus my numbers for the leg exercises increased quite a bit as well. This is the half way point, and he didn’t lie when he said I’d be seeing results by week 4. I’m not completely ripped or anything quite yet. But it’s definitely a major improvement since day one. Slimmed down quite a bit and got a a lot more definition on the arms. Apart from the things you can’t see, I feel incredible (coming from the guy who puked on day one). It’s only been 4 weeks, so 16 sessions. In that short amount of time, I feel twice as strong as I was starting out. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, and even more grateful of my trainer Kenny, who’s gotten me this far. That aside, we’ll see what numbers the fitness test shows tomorrow and where I’m really at.
