Same routine as the previous day. Working on getting the upper body ready for pictures on Sunday. There wasn’t much variation in this session except for the timed sets that he doubled from 1 minute to 2 minutes. It’s amazing how much of a difference 60 seconds make when you’re doing the same exercise for 3 sets. Numbers dropped considerably after the 1st set, muscles get tired after doing push ups for 6 minutes continuously. Another tiring day, but well worth it.
