Legs, Legs, Legs. AND… Back to the vest. First of skipping for 5 minutes straight with a weighted rope is one thing, doing it with and extra 20 pounds on your chest was something entirely different. Same with jumping squats. For all the cardio it really suppressed my breathing and showed me how much 20 pounds of weight can impede your breathing. So I guess because of that I have a little more sympathy for bigger people while doing harsh exercises considering how much strain it can put on their lungs.
