Day 10:

More leg exercises today. We went over previous things I did from week 1 to see how I had improved. Then we moved onto new and harder exercises, which in all honestly, I was not prepared for. He made them look easy but by the time I got to them, they were killer. I got to all of them but one which we had to postpone until next time since we my session was up. Legs were left very sore, but I’m finding I’m recovering a lot quicker now as compared to the previous weeks.

Day 11:

Upper body. Similar to day 10 in the sense that we went over old exercises and added more weight. I’m finding that I don’t really need his assist quite as much anymore as I did in week 1 just to finish the reps. The last sets got quite a bit harder as the muscles started to tire out and they were just giving out after that. But my form has gotten a lot better and there isn’t as much down time between my sets as their used to be. That was a big thing for me, i kind of hated the fact that I was exhausted after each set, but that down time is slowly shortening which is good.
