Day 8

This was my final day for week 2 and which marked the first quarter of the entire program. By now my body has started to look a lot better and I feel a lot more energetic and comfortable with the exercises to a certain extent. They are starting to get a lot harder but at the same time I feel a lot more prepared for them. Day 8 was my final rotation for upper body and really consisted ab work and core strengthening since my legs were fried because day 7. At the end, we did measurements to see where I was at, and basically: 1 inch increase on the arms, 2 inch increase on the chest, 2 inch increase on the legs, and 2 inch loss on the waist. Starting to get the V shape :)

Day 9

This was fitness testing day again. On a positive note, did not puke this time. The tests were exactly as they were on day 1. I improved quite a bit to my surprise, but some of the exercises I didn’t do well on the first day, I didn’t dramatically improve on this time. But to sum things up: Since day one, my arms are 8% stronger, my abs are 30% stronger, my legs are 15% stronger. Overall, my strength has improved 5%. He says the goal right now is to get all the muscle groups 30% stronger by the end of the 8 weeks. At this point, after 2 weeks, I’m just happy, my stomach is looking flatter, my arms are looking toned and my cardio has improved greatly.
