DAY 17 OF BEAT BODY TRAINING (BEGINNING OF WEEK 5)
“Beginning of the Second Half”
Half way there and this was definitely a land mark today. The fitness test to see just how far I am after 4 weeks. DAY 15 OF BEAT BODY TRAINING
Same routine as the previous day. Working on getting the upper body ready for pictures on Sunday. There wasn’t much variation in this session except for the timed sets that he doubled from 1 minute to 2 minutes. DAY 13 OF BEAT BODY TRAINING (START OF WEEK 4)
Legs, Legs, Legs. AND… Back to the vest. First of skipping for 5 minutes straight with a weighted rope is one thing, doing it with and extra 20 pounds on your chest was something entirely different. DAY 12 OF BEAT BODY TRAINING (LAST DAY OF WEEK 3)
To start, the dreaded hill. Luckily the rest of it was upper body and I managed to breeze through it. Even though the weights are getting heavier I’m finding it easy to get through the exercises faster and without such long breaks in between sets. Upper body is also looking a lot better since day one, and its really starting to show now.
